Character Bases, outfits, and art direction – Nicki Minaj: The Empire I created 5 character bases for Nicki Minaj: The Empire as fully posable skeletons for 2D animation, while innovating ways to cut and layer pieces to allow maximum degrees of movement. The project currently has a vast library of over 500 unique clothing assets created in 9 months, accomplished by quickly ramping up an outsourcing team while coaching an in-house artist team that was built from the ground up.
